Modify standard SAP form IDWTCERT_US_1099MISC

Hi GURUs,

I need help regarding the modification of the standard smartform IDWTCERT_US_1099MISC. My requirement is to-

1.  Copy the standard form to a Z form and change the background.

2.  Copy the standard program to a Z program.

3.  Link the Z program with the Z form.

I've done the first, but I don't know which program to copy and how to link these two. Note that the form is invoked when the program RFIDYYWT is executed, but I don't think this program calls the form directly.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
