Importing roles from Back end

Hi

We have recently upgraded to NW7.4 and EhP7.

We would like to import the ESS_WDA_3 and MSS_MWBC_3 roles from back end into the portal.  We have made all the settings in 1685257 but when we try to import the roles from the back end system it appears to make the connection but finds no roles.

We have SAP_All and SAP_new in the backend so I can't see that authorisations are the issue.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did the overcome it.
