Feature QUOMO is for assigning Absence quota's for the specific Employee groups according to the Return value maintained in the feature, function QUOTA will trigger this feature for assigning the Abs quotas for the Employees while running the Time Evaluation (PT60).
These Abs quotas are assigned according to the feature maintanence (like, PA, PSA, EG, ESG)
Feature ANSAL is for maintained to calculate the Annual salary, and the return value wages types are read from IT 0008 Basic pay.
ASAL is the wage type not the Feature.
