You can find the customizing node under SAP Implementation Guide -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SAP SRM User Interface Add-on -> Activate/Deactivate Enhancements for SRM UI Add-on

This note was made available for customers who had installed SP03 of SAP SRM UI Add-on.
