Need to Print International address in secondary window.

             I am new to Smart forms so i need your help please.

1)Need to Print International address in secondary window,  like

        Payer                                                               C-1000

        Mr. Rahane Hof , Name 2 line

        street namez abc

        California

        LOS ALTOS                               94022

        USA

so i have these table names with fields

Payer--'''VBRK-KUNRG -> KNA1-ADRNR -> ADRC-NAME1/NAME2/STR SUPPL1/CITY1/POST CODE1''''

Country---ADRC-COUNTRY -> T005-LAND1 / LANDK

                    so where can i declare these fields and how can i compare above field with Payer  address???And any additional logic i have to write to print this INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS''
