Your note does help, i changed the setting in IE :
open the menu "Tools->Internet Options"
l click on the tab "Security"
l click on the image "Internet"
l click on the button "Custom Settings"
l in the popup go to "Downloads->Automatic prompting for file downloads" and enable it.
