ZL generation period

Hi,

  We use time evaluation with time recording to generate absence quota

and ZL data for payroll, and payroll and time period are the same calendar month,

and run payroll in the end of month, time evaluation runs several times each day.

When run payroll on 27th or 28th,

there will be different payroll result due to different time data,

such as night shift allowance generated each day,

so my question is how to generate ZL data only for last 28th to current 27th automatically in time evaluation?
