Would recommend you to check the guide @ http://help.sap.com/saphelp_fiori/fiori10_install_en.pdf
Please check the Sections 1.2 and 1.4 and according see if the appropriate addons for your Netweaver and ECC levels have been downloaded.
There might be a prerequisite issue due to which the addons do not come up in the SAINT installation screen.
