Hi,

It will determine based on the settings how you maintained in VOR1(common distribution channels-IMG) and  Customer master master creation

same customer must exist in different distribution channels(Sold to party creation)

Sales Org     Dist.Chnl     Division     Sold to party

AA11               AW               D1         300301

AA11                AW               D2         300301

testing purpose :While creation of sales order give only document type then press enter

enter Sold to party number (must be extended to other divisions with same distribution channel)

but actually blocked the customer for all common Distribution channel in XD05

(we can block as per business requirement)
